I’m getting quite bad morning sickness should it be this strong so early? Never had this with my other pregnancies. Does anyone else have strong sickness this early?

I did with my last pregnancy I was throwing up from 3 weeks onwards it was horrendous
You can go to gp and ask for anti sickness tablets which took a bit to find what worked but really helped me
