Advice needed

Husband and I are getting divorced he hasn’t did it yet but I’m planning on getting a lawyer for when he dose, a lawyer already told me I legally have the right to half of his pay check he also is leaving me half ways stranded I’m only allowed to use his truck if my car is Down and In an emergency but my car don’t even have ac he also is leaving me with no money
ONLY SUPPORTING THE BABY he said and if the baby needs something I have to go and tell him how much it is then the next day he will send me the exact amount I was told I could not get on government assistance because we are technically still married and I still live in his house I have absolutely nothing to my name I’m going to try to baby sit I can’t do uber or things related to that cause only the car has insurance I’m not on the insurance I have no way to make money I was told I can take money out the account when ever because legally half is mine he uses cashapp as his main account
And we got into an argument and he told me that if I do anything such as taking money of his account with out his permission that do it now cause he’s going to change all his cards

But also we don’t sleeep or eat together and I still take care of baby my baby is 1.5 years old
