How do I track my ovulation on a tracking app if I’ve only had a withdrawal bleed 🩸 this week and no period yet?!

Backstory I stopped my pill on Wednesday last week but didn’t have periods while I was on it so I have no idea how long my cycle is or when I’m going to ovulate…?

It’s honestly best to wait till you get a period, but you can buy ovulation strips if you’d like to start now. My favorite ovulation strips are from Amazon, easy @ home brand. In the instructions, it’ll tell you not to use the first pee of the day. I believe you drink something small and wait an hour or two and the pee in a cup and use the strip. If you look at the reviews on the product, you’ll see others tape their strips to be able to see the line get darker. Ovulation occurs when the line gets really dark pink. There is an app for it and will give you an estimate on where you are in ovulation. I recommend these a lot because not all women ovulate on day 14 of their cycle. Mine was day 11. I’ve heard of others say theirs was day 18-20. Crazy.
I will say that it may take a 2-3 months for the effects of the medication to get out of your system.
