Making teeth brushing fun?!
How are we coping with brushing our toddlers teeth? My little boy used to love having his little electric toothbrush and didn’t mind using it but recently we’ve had to restrain his arms and brush them for him. We’ve tried games and songs and “brushing” teddy’s teeth but nothing seems to be working. He now hates anything to do with brushing his teeth and will kick and scream. I don’t want to have to restrain him but equally don’t want him to have unclean teeth. Any tips/advice much appreciated!

Different flavoured tooth pastes and tooth brushes get a few flavours wnd different brushes worked for a while with my daughter.. I try different videos for brushing teeth on YouTube when it’s bad and then pause them when she’s refusing.. I say we can only watch them when you let mummy brush.. it works 50/50
Literally in the same boat! I've tried everything and ended up restraining him but even that it's a challenge because he won't open his mouth. When he starts screaming I just quickly shove the toothbrush in and start brushing. Not ideal, I know, but I'm out of ideas 🥲
