12 week old bottle fussiness

Hi all, has anyone one else being having a similar experience? my 12 week old baby was having 120 mL bottles so about 4 1/2 ounces of milk per feed during the day and this would be very 3 hours or so. For some reason in the last three days she suddenly become very fussy and will now only do around 60 to 70 mL so only 2 1/2 ounces per feed, because of this I’m finding I’m feeding more regularly, like every 2 hours or less. Is this normal? I’m not sure why the sudden change…. She happily guzzles 60/70 but then clearly shows me she’s had enough and refuses to take any more. I know she has been struggling with a bit of wind but I don’t think that explains it fully. Should I just keep going with the 60 mL bottles and hope that she starts to increase again soon? She also still wakes up three or four times during the night for feeds should I try and do a big feed at the beginning of the night compared to her day feeds to see if she will sleep longer ?

What bottles are you using? My two have always done this when it's time to size the teat up to a faster flow- but also my bottle fed 14 week old has been 'cluster feeding' for weeks and I have put it down to the warm weather 🙈
