Unknown rash
My son woke up with this rash on his torso and back, I first noticed it on his face and it faded a bit. I have no idea what it could be, he has no fever, it’s not itchy and it is blanching when pressed. He does not seem fussy but he is more clingy. What do I do

Keep on taking pictures every 30 minutes or so to see the progress keep him in lose cotton clothing. You can try Vaseline and maybe give him a bath too in breastmilk. if it’s not itchy and its blanching it should be fine. I would suggest contact your pediatrician as soon as possible just to make sure
Eczema maybe . It’s very hot here . I know my kids skin have been dry because of the lack of humidity
Could just be heat rash
Looks like a viral rash can get these with mild viral infection x
