Is there something I can give my 2 month old for constipation? 🤔

My baby girl is 2 months old, and she recently went through a formula change, she was going regularly, and then all of a sudden she has stopped being regular... its also presenting itself as diarrhea, is that normal??

I’m not too sure what to give for diarrhea and I don’t want to give wrong advice. However I came to say I had to do the same with my baby at a month because my breast milk supply went almost completely dry, and if I did get something it was foremilk and had no calories. I switched her to enfamil gentle ease and for a few days she didn’t poop. When she did it was a big one. And then she went another full day without poop. The poops were soft and a darker green color. When I had her appointment I brought this up and her pediatrician said that was normal when switching from breast to formula when she had never had any before. After I think three weeks she was completely fine

This happened to us! Windeez (or however they are spelled) were out best friend. As was a q tip with a little lube (small circular motions!). All from our pediatricians advice - so talk to DR first. Bicycle kicks and tummy rubs also helped.

Our dr told us any longer than 4 days for poops to be worried.

She also recommended a third formula that worked well for us after some thoughts on why the constipation.

Definitely speak to the DR but this can happen! It is so hard seeing them in pain.

My LO is 11 months now and we are out of this phase!

You can give them a SMALL bit of prune puree. Or- We can go the old fashioned method and get a tube of warm water.. and ya know.. right up the behind. 😔

My baby was struggling with gas and an upset tummy. Her doctor recommended BioGaia and it works wonders. It may work for your baby as well!

Arm jerking, stiffening and discomfort

My 10 month old is constantly flailing her arms. She also thrusts her arms out in a jerking movement and stiffens her body. She has started to shout with it like shes in discomfort. My GP and the hospital just say its excitement or frustration. We are concerned there are most neurological issues that are not being taken seriously. Its hard to capture it on video as as soon as I get my phone out she stops! I have a few videos that show it well though.

She has had an EEG which was normal. This has been going for months now though....

Any one else's little one do this??

Test size

Please can anyone give me some advice on teat sizes! My boy is nearly 9 weeks but quite big for his age. I’m using MAM bottles and the teat size 0 is seeming too small now as he is clicking a lot on the bottle. I’ve tried size 1 a few times and it seems too fast as I can hear he’s taking in a lot of air and he’s crying in pain while swallowing. HELP😭

I need some advice on what to do

Basically I have 14 week old turning 15 weeks on Sunday.
For the last maybe 2-3 weeks she’s been drinking milk every 2 hrs. If it’s formula, she has 5 oz but is still hungry after 2 hrs. I’d understand if it was breast milk cuz it’s usually 2-3 hrs.

At first I thought it was a growth spurt yet idk how long it last. During the night. She has her last night feed around 8:30-8:45 and she doesn’t need another feed til 2am. Then again at 6 and then it goes back to the ever 2hrs.

Just need to know if this is normal or something I need to speak to my gp about.

Naps

How many naps is everyone’s babies taking each day at the moment? My boy is all over the place - some days he will take 4 and others 5 but should he not be getting closer to 3 naps a day at 5 1/2 months?
