Sorry long post... I need advice and opinions please..

I need some help and opinions...
So me, my partner, and our 2 kids live in a double wide, along with my sister and her bf. We moved in a year ago and from the start it's been terrible. Ill spare the long ass story but the gist of it is my partner has bpd and anger issues, my sister has personality disorders, ocd, anger issues and other stuff I won't get into. I should have known better that these two personalities would clash... But I think i was eager and hopeful, plus my mom really pushed for all of us to move in together. We were all struggling financially so we thought it would help us both. It didnt. we both still go to our parents and grandparents for help. Me and my partner specifically, had gotten a bit better this past year and built up a savings. Which was unfortunately emptied when my partner got let go and couldn't find a job for a month, and then an animal crawled into our engine. twice... Hes since gotten another job and we're doing okay but we haven't had a chance to catch our breath and save again....we're trying it's just hard. And Ive been considering a job it's just a rough job market rn...ive been looking just to see what there is and it's not much...When we realised this we sat down to talk to my sis and her bf. Asked if they wanted to resign the lease and they basically said no. They said they can't afford the 1 bill they pay (their half of rent) They also said they would only resign if "things changed" in the house. All the other bills (DTE, WiFi) we pay that ourselves, which is part of why we can't save... And anytime ive asked in the past for them to pitch in, my sis gets angry about money, and very passive aggressive in later convos.

Our grandparents helped us get in here, they put down A LOT of money, and I feel tremendously guilty about that... I don't know the words to express just how bad I feel about all of this after what they did for us...We want to pay them back but were basically living check to check... Today my mom took me out and we were talking about everything, and she basically said if we move we can't ask any of them for help because they just don't have the money. (They being our parents and grandparents.) Which is fair I get it in this economy, on top of having already helped more than they should have...But she also said my uncle (before learning about the personality difference) said it was ungrateful that were moving after a year... She said hes changed his mind a bit. They are trying to push us to stay another year at least, but my mom also admitted that it might be better to go seperate ways. The issue is, my sister just lost her job. We found a place and are waiting for background checks to clear, but my mom insinuated she thinks it would be shitty if we don't resign or we also have the option to rent month to month. I considered doin the month to month at least until sis finds a job and we all get back on our feet a bit. The only issues is, we might not find another place in our budget whenever they are ready to leave. My partner is also not happy about me mentionting possibly staying... Hes not completely innocent in this hes got issues, but I also dont blame him at all for wanting to be out of here. I love my sister but this is a very toxic environment because of both of them. And if I'm being honest my mental health has been the worst it's been in a long time here... I feel like everyone hates me... I feel like my sister hates me, my family hates me, my partner hates me, I have literally no friends... I'm completely alone right now... I just want this to be over but I feel like either way I go I'm fucking someone else and pissing everyone off... I don't know what to do...

Ok, it sounds like many poor financial decisions have been made in this scenario and you’re all trying to dig your way out. I think the wisest decision for everyone involved is probably to stay in the double wide and swallow their pride. Four working adults should be able to cover the absolute basics and put a little bit aside. (Your sister and her boyfriend also need to grow up and pay half of everything —the wifi, the utilities, etc..)

Your grandparents made a hefty donation to the cause to put you in a better situation financially, you may not need to “pay them back” but it is an insult to squander the opportunity they gave you and move out so soon. Also, you’ll probably end up paying more and saving even less in an apartment.

Can y'all get professional help to help y'all?? if I got a place from my grand/parents then for sure I am staying as long as I can mainly to save. Since both of y'all are not good financially you should strive to work together although ik it's easier said than done especially if the other people are also hard to deal with. Idk.. I wouldn't move out because would upu really be better off elsewhere now??. Find a way to coexist and get a job to start off. All the best.
