Hives

Has anybody dealt with a toddler getting a heck tonne of hives on arms and legs. I’ve not dealt with her getting them before and I’ve done everything I can think of to minimise it. Shes acting the same but she’s just covered in it. The only thing I know she can’t have is milk and she hasn’t had anything with milk in but I’m just getting a bit worried

Give her a shower with just water to make sure it's not grass/pollen/another thing on her skin (rather than digested) and some antihistamine if it's irritating her. Otherwise just watch it. Hives should go quite quickly (both mine are allergic to egg and hives usually go within 30 mins) if she's acting the same then I wouldn't be too worried but if they haven't gone in an hour or so and you've given antihistamines then maybe make appointment at urgent centre/Out of hours gp in case you need something stronger x
