Reflux

I think my baby has reflux/silent reflux as he is spitting up more and more each feed 😩 I always keep him upright for 30mins after his bottle and burp him(sometimes he doesn’t burp) yet he still spits out after although not large amounts. He is just under 6 weeks old and I don’t know what to do! He’s currently on kendamil and I know I should consult my gp/health visitor but I’m worried they’ll just give us medication which I’ve heard doesn’t actually treat reflux and instead just reduces the acid in their bellies(not great as they need acid to break down certain proteins etc.) HELP, what did yous do with your babies developing reflux?

My boy is similar and I've just started him on aptamil anti-reflux formula which contains a thickener to help keep the milk down. I have also just started him on a probiotic to add to his milk to help gut.

I bought a anti reflux pillow witch has helped but honestly just let him spit up that little milk is nothing to be worried about around 4/6 months when ever u start weaning him he’ll grow out of it completely I refuse medication so I just let it come out and if she shows signs of wanting more milk I give her more I’m breastfeeding and bottle feeding because of it because sometimes it hurts there throat when they do throw up so a little milk soothes the pain
