Before getting pregnant, I mainly did modeling on rooftops and in abandoned places, with rooftops being my favorite. I’ve always loved the combination of heights, architecture, unique locations, and capturing the whole experience. You can see some of my work on Instagram: @luvvlux
I’ve stopped doing urbex for now because I’m pregnant, and obviously I’m being a lot more careful about the places I’m going and the risks I’m taking. But I’m curious: are there any other moms here who used to urban explore and plan on getting back into it after giving birth?
I’d love to hear how other moms balance having kids with hobbies and adventures like this. Did you completely stop, take a break, or eventually find safer ways to get back into exploring?
I’d also love to connect with anyone else who’s into abandoned places, photography, modeling, architecture, rooftops, and similar interests.

That’s a beautiful and terrifying picture all at once! I’m so scared of heights lol but I love that this is your thing ❤️

Yes, I’m scared just looking at this photo!
I was thinking you could do photoshoot like this in Dubai- on top of the skyscrapers…
How amazing!

I have always wanted to get into urban exploration
