Medication

Hey! So I’m still waiting an official diagnosis but if it helps at all I’ve been on Citalopram for years to help manage it whilst I’m still waiting (I’ve had a couple of burn outs / break downs) and it seems to work for me. I was pregnant a few months ago and was taken off of it by a stand in GP and unfortunately it didn’t go well for me, I’m back on it and pregnant again and this time I feel brilliant. I’ve been told I can stay on it and it’s definitely helping me enjoy the pregnancy this time! So far, so good. I know it’s not exactly what you asked but hopefully it helps a little ❤️
