sick baby advice pls!!

we went to a children’s museum one time and i was sick the next day my husband and baby were good but then they got it a week later. it lasted me a whole week pretty much i still have the runny nose from it. My sweet baby has never been sick before and this one is just so bad. i had a fever body aches a super sore throat so i assume she has the same:( is there anything besides motrin that’s worked for anyone else ? just letting her sleep all she wants and offering cold stuff for her throat but she doesn’t really want to eat anything besides nursing. Also she is a total daddies girl but is it normal that she doesn’t want me and only wants her dad??😭 it kinda hurts my feelings lmao
