Multivitamins for 1 year old
What mutli vit drops are people giving their babies? I used one up until 6 months and then wrongly assumed he didnt need them when the sun was shining. Had his 1 year check and they advised to get back to doing them
Im not really interested in the best brand per-say just cheap and cheerful. Covers what is needed and isnt full of sugar

We were never advised to give our toddler a multi vitamin? She does have a very good diet though x

Abidec 0.6ml straight in the mouth, easy peasy
Enfamil makes a multivitamin for infants and children up to age 3 called Poly-vi-sol. My 2 week old is on their iron supplement as directed by his physician. You can buy the multivitamin at the drugstore or on amazon

We just give vit d drops but Canada doesn't recommend multi vitamins for children...it's more targeted supplements if your child appears to be deficient in something.
