I was 99% sure I was going to go for Flora, but I just can’t get Juniper (Juni) out of my head! 😂 So now I’m in a pickle and genuinely can’t decide.
A lot of people aren’t a fan of Flora because they immediately associate it with the butter/spread substitute in the UK, and apparently once that association is there, it’s hard to shake! 😂

Are you in the UK? If you are, I wouldn’t do it because of the butter too, I loved this name but everyone i mentioned it to after we had a boy said oh thank god you didn’t, because of the butter🙃 however Juniper is one of my favourite girl names of all time!

I love the name Jupiter it’s adorable

yeahhh, Flora is a tricky one! i like it as a name, so pretty - but i live in the UK and I think that once the association has been made, I would find it difficult not to think. of the butter. 🙈
you could consider Florence instead and then you have the potential to use Flora as a nickname - and also Flossie Florrie, Flo and Wren!
i really like Juniper tho - Juni is so cute! Juniper Flora is pretty - or maybe Juniper Fleur or Juniper Flo?
Fiora is also beautiful - an Italian name with the same meaning as Flora, but without the butter association! 💕

I so wanted juniper (juni) for this baby but partner vetoed it and we went with Sunday instead. Since going through childbirth I have assured my partner that if baby number 2 is a girl, she will be named Juniper 😂 mums should ALWAYS get the name choice, childbirth is no joke 🤣✨
