I think the average is like .5 pounds to 1 pound per week second trimester. Every body is different but if you have gained 0 I think I’d bring it up to your Dr

I lost so much weight first trimester I’m still almost 9lbs less than when I started and am at 19 weeks.
I started out a healthy weight that was less than what yours is, am 5’7” and became underweight, even for if i weren’t pregnant, during my first and part of my second trimester.
My drs are monitoring it and they said as long as my belly is still growing, I’m taking my prenatals, and I’m not losing any more weight they aren’t too worried.
With my first I didn’t gain or lose any weight until week 18. I ended up gaining 60lbs by my induction weigh in and lost it all in 2.5 months after delivery because it was all extra blood and water weight.
If your drs aren’t worried I wouldn’t be either.
Hope this helps!

I don’t think it’s ever bad unless your fluid is low or the baby is growing too slowly, your doctor will check of course. My doctor checks every appt so can see the trend. I didn’t gain weight until my third trimester with my first. This time, I gained some in my first.
