Bum sores
Baby has really bad bum sores. Feel like it’s not going. Any recommendation on what actually works? I tried bepanthen but that didn’t do anything and then now doing metanium for atleast 6 days and it hasn’t changed. Looks like the skin is peeled.

The metanium is just a barrier cream now and won't improve it, try the sudocrem treatment cream (in a tube rather than the normal tub), if that doesn't work in a couple of days then see your GP
Sudocrem every nappy change
Recommend to dry babies bum properly before applying any cream (either treatment or barrier creams after any sores are healed). A dry bum is less likely to have any nappy rash or sores.
My routine for every change is clean (water or wipes), dry (soft muslin), cream, new nappy.
Perhaps also look at switching nappy brands, this can also cause nappy rash
