This morning, baby apparently coughed and sneezed a little more than usual and somehow I spent the rest of the morning worrying about whether she's coming down with a cold. Then my brain went into full overthinking mode: Should I have changed her sooner when she was sweaty? Could that have contributed to the coughing? Should I have closed the window sooner when the air was blowing in too much? π€¦π»ββοΈ
And realistically, it could have just been a one-off cough and sneeze and absolutely nothing is wrong. But my brain just won't let it go sometimes! I feel like I'm constantly analysing every little thing she does and worrying about things that I can't actually control.
Please tell me I'm not alone π And if you've managed to stop yourself from spiralling over every little thing, how do you actually do it?!
