Free Antenatal classes stevenage

You could ask your midwife about the NHS ones at Lister. They weren't mentioned to me during my whole first pregnancy and I'm now 32 weeks with my second but at my appointment last week I saw a different midwife and she asked if I was interested. She could look up on the system when the classes were running and if there were spaces. Not sure if there's another way to book onto them or if you have to be referred/go through your midwife
