Colic!

I’ve tried infacol, colief drops, warm compress, warm baths, massage’s. He struggles with constipation and reflux as it is and the doctors have now prescribed gaviscon & lactulose🙄 win lose battle!
Has anyone tried the dentinox colic drops is has any advice to give to make him more comfortable? 🙏🏻

Cleaning

So my ex has just moved out and the house is an absolute state.
How the fuck do i clean when I have my 9 month old trying to touch and mess everything up? He wont stay in his high chair, he isn't ready for a nap, and i just know this is going to take me all day without the baby let alone with him

Should I stop feeding my exclusively breastfed baby who doesn’t take a bottle to sleep

I’m due back in work at the end of October and my little girl is exclusively breastfed and attached at my hip since we’ve never been apart, only for a couple of hours a handful of times. I know I need to work on leaving her with my MIL who will be watching her a bit more but do I work on stopping feeding to sleep?

nipple cream

i’m 11 weeks exclusively breastfeeding and i haven’t used nipple cream/balm in about 9 weeks. is this normal should i be using nipple cream?

Choking and breathing episodes

My 7-week-old was born at 35 weeks via C-section and had to be resuscitated immediately after birth. He spent 10 days in the NICU due to feeding difficulties, including coordinating swallowing and breathing.

He’s doing much better with feeding now, but he continues to have scary episodes where it seems like he can’t swallow his own saliva, starts choking, and appears to stop breathing. He struggles to catch his breath, almost like he’s holding it, and some episodes have lasted over 60 seconds.

We’ve been to the ER multiple times, and he’s been admitted to pediatrics 3 times. They’ve done extensive testing, and everything keeps coming back normal, which I’m grateful for—but I still don’t understand why these episodes are happening.

They initially thought it could be a milk allergy, but he’s still having the episodes on non-dairy formula, so I’m confused about whether that could actually be the cause.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar with a premature baby, especially after a difficult birth? What ended up being the cause? I’m really looking for other parents who may have gone through something similar because I feel like I’m running out of answers.

Night bottles

I’m so lost , I know she’s 13 months and the pediatrician said it’s okay to skip middle of the night bottles. She’s a great weight and growing. She wakes up at like 3 am screaming , and I know she’s hungry. I try soothing her but i end up feeding her . It’s like we’re raising gremlins out here. What are we doing to transition from night feeds. At daycare they are dropping her to one bottle after her nap. She’s there 4 days a week because I work full time : so I try to keep her on that same schedule when she’s home with me Thursdays . Help

Help!

My baby is having her tongue tie procedure tomorrow (she’s 5 weeks). Due to her poor latch I switched to pumping but if all is sorted tomorrow I’d like to go back to exclusively breastfeeding. Has anyone gone back to breastfeeding smoothly or have any tips for the transition? I wouldn’t mind continuing to pump either as I have gotten into a routine. Any advice welcome.
