Hi everyone! Looking for advice from other preemie parents 💙
My son was originally on Similac NeoSure mixed to 24 cal/oz and wasn’t having tummy discomfort and struggled to finishes bottles. We switched to Enfamil EnfaCare mixed to 24 cal/oz, and since then he’s been having gas, arching, and discomfort and still is struggling to finish his bottles. He has been struggling to gain the weight.
Has anyone experienced this after switching from NeoSure to EnfaCare? Did switching back help? I’m also curious about experiences with 22 cal/oz formulas that your baby tolerated and enjoyed while still gaining weight.
I’ll check with his pediatrician before changing his formula or calories—just hoping to hear what worked for other families. Thank you!

Hi, the enfamil enfacare formula is the only one my baby has ever been on but he hasn’t had any issues so far at 1 month old.
