Hospital bags?

Hi guys! I’m getting ever closer to my twins arriving and I’m started to get a bit stressed that I’ve not even begun to sort my hospital bag!

My main problem is I have no idea what’s actually essential to have in it because whenever I look into it it’s all different and I’m getting a bit overwhelmed! 😅

What kind of things are 100 % needed for my stay in hospital (I’m having a c-section if that changes anything)
