Granulation tissue/silver nitrate
I have 2cm of tissue granulation at the opening of my vagina, inside and slightly to one side, following episiotomy 12 weeks ago.
Some discomfort, not painful but it’s been bleeding on contact. They have suggested silver nitrate to remove it, but I’m terrified of it being painful. Has anyone had this and can reassure me?

I can assure you it is painful lol! But nothing compared to childbirth itself - you got this mama 🙌
No one else I know had to have this out of my Mums group- but I was assured it is quite common by the drs! X
