Chicken pox or hand foot and mouth
Going to drs this evening but wonder what everyone thinks it is. I at first thought it was chicken pox but as the days have gone by I think it’s hand foot and mouth.. it started as a couple little spots and has now developed into a handful of blisters and mainly pinprick like rash he has extremely bad nappy rash which isn’t improving with cream so will be mentioning that to drs too. The really zoomed in pics are of the nappy rash, cropped as obviously in a private area (more pics in comments)

I would say it looks like hand foot & mouth. When our little one had it, it started in her nappy area then she got a viral type rash on her tummy but then got blisters on her hands and feet - nothing around her mouth. It did initially look like chicken pox though
