Does this look like normal newborn acne? My daughter never had it like this.

Yes I think so, my daughter has exactly the same
my little boy has this too and the doctor said it was baby acne
That looks like heat rash to me! Have you had contact naps by any chance? My little girl had this over her face and neck during the hot weather we had, where she was pressed against my bare skin
