Girl 35 times????? Im so sorry that sounds like a proper nightmare! I mean there’s no sugarcoating it, my kid got sick all the time when she first started nursery… now that it’s getting colder we’ve already had 2-3 viruses in the last 2 months.

Give daily vitamins: vitamin D, zinc and omega 3. If you can elderberry capsules are also great for immunity support.

As for pneumonia/chest infections as soon as you clock a cough, start performing chest percussions (google how to do it properly). Buy a nebuliser with saline solution and do both percussions and nebulising 3 times a day or if as often as possible.

For ear infections you can do an oil infusion with olive oil rosemary, cloves and garlic. Then rub on the outside of the ears & make sure no water gets in ears.

Its tough but these small adjustments work really well for us, we never had a chest infection and ear infections have gone quickly with the oil infusion.
