Moving to the area
I currently live in Cheshunt and we are looking to possibly move out further to Stortford/Dunmow/Takeley…
We’re looking all around to see what areas we like.
We are a couple in our 30s with a 2.5 year old and a newborn, any advice on where is nice and where to avoid?!
For large areas like Stortford, are there areas better than others?

I used to live in Stortford and it's such a lovely place to live. Just north of the town is the prime location but there aren't really any bad bits to it. Takeley doesn't really have much there, you would probably be going to Stortford for all your daily needs. Dunmow has amenities and is a lot more affordable than Stortford but as far as I know it doesn't have a station if that's important to you x
