I’d guess girl 💗! At 12+5 the nub looks quite flat and seems to run fairly parallel with the spine rather than pointing upwards, which is what usually makes people lean girl with nub theory. Obviously just for fun and there’s still time for things to change, but my vote is girl 🥰💗
