Not feeding as much

My baby girl is 5 weeks old and she’s suddenly today not wanting to finish a bottle (formula fed)and will have say around 60 ml and then fall asleep.

We have changed to the anti colic bottles from Tommee tippee she seems to take the bottle well but will often get sleepy during the feed shall we up the teat to a number 2 or leave the number 1 on! I hate the fact that she’s not eating as much (feel guilty I’m not giving her enough)

She’s also not pooped in a day and seems to need one but can’t go. Done all the usual exercises and given her a warm bath. Any advice please feel silly asking chat GPT all the time 🤣

What was she having before? My 5 week old has 150 ml but will sometimes take 90ml or 110ml. I moved him off tommee tippee to MAM and I find he feeds a lot better.

I wouldn’t suggest going on to a higher teat flow as it’s recommended for older babies.

How often does she wake for feeds?

I could’ve written this myself! My daughter usually has 3/4 ounces and isn’t sick but today she’s been having around 2/3 and being sick a lot! She also has been sleeping during the day more and usually struggles with the noise of her brother and also she’s not been fussing for a bottle it’s been strange

Colostrum

Started harvesting my colostrum last night. I managed to get 1ml from one breast (could’ve collected more but as it was my first time I didn’t want to overdo it) but when I went to collect from the other breast I got nothing, only a little drop. Is it normal to get more colostrum in one breast than the other?

Is this normal for the Maxi Cosi Pebble 360 car seat to rattle like this? The base is sturdy and all green tabs are showing, it’s just the car seat that feels loose!

Pram vs boot.

I need some help. I have a lil Fiat 500, I absolutely adore my car, and I really really dont want to have to get a new car. but my partner is saying there's no way im gonna find a pram that will fit in my boot 😭 does anyone have a fiat 500 and what pram do you have thay fits in the boot? 🤍

Getting baby to Nap without it having to be On Me…

I am getting continuously nap trapped with my 8 week old.. struggling to get anything done or get lunch / shower - what tools / tips do you use to let your baby sleep in the Moses basket or cot around nap time successfully?
