Bottle rejection - would love some help!
Any suggestions for bottle rejection? My baby is EBF and used to take a bottle early days but we hadn’t tried to give him once since about 2 months old.
We tried again at 3.5 months and my baby has no interest. We’ve tried different bottle brands, tried sleepy/ awake, hungry/not hungry, my husband/ grandma/me, breast milk / formula and nothing seems to work.
We had some luck with putting bottle handles on the bottle to make it a toy. He will put this to his mouth but is disgusted when my milk comes out if any goes in his mouth if he chews it. He also isn’t latching on the bottles.
Does anyone have any recommendations? Going crazy over here! Thanks so much

he clearly just doesn’t want a bottle so don’t try to force him to have one
Emulait? Anatomy bottle? Try with breastmilk and maybe warmed under the hot tap?
And it goes without saying, if baby isn't hungry, they're not going to eat
In my experience if they’re not well established on a bottle daily from birth or very soon after it’s very hard to introduce or reintroduce around this age as they’re much more aware.
You can try an open cup/ sippy cup and may find you have more luck x

How soon after your sections did you go for a bath, I’ve read your not meant to soak the scar/wound in a bath but doesn’t say when you can 🫣 sometimes a shower just doesn’t cut it for “me time” 😅
Also how are people keep it dry, I have a slight overhang so looking for the best way to keep the scar dry without rubbing it with a towel like I want too!

Baby breastfeeding while asleep?
My 3month old has started to keep drinking while she falls asleep? As in, Im nursing her, shes suckling, and then she nods off but...just keeps suckling? Lazily, but definitely still chomped on. She fights me when I try to break the seal, and if I dont remove the nipple from her she'll sleep-suckle for 20, 30min easily. When I do remove it successfully she wakes a few minutes later, absolutely furious!
Is this a 3month thing? My poor nipples 😢

Deodorant for a 5 Year Old?
My girls pitts are getting a little tart. Any natural remedies? Are we really using deodorant that young?

Do you ever smack?
So I have a 24 month old and starting on our disciplinary journey. I watched an episode of supernanny where a 4 year old was screaming, kicking, hitting, spitting and generally out of control all day and it scared the shit out of me because I know im quite soft and sensitive and not always good at discipline. My mum already says my boy is way more wilful than I was.
How do you discipline? Many were saying the boy in super nanny needed a good smack...i don't like this idea but I see the need for it sometimes...

Washing clothes before baby gets here.. they're all ruined??
I've been washing the newborn and 0-3 clothes I've got for my baby. Online I saw advice saying don't use fabric softener as it's not good for babies, just use non-bio detergent, but the clothes are coming out feeling SO rough compared to how soft they were 😭 there's no way this is better for a newborn than straight out of the packet?? I feel like I'm ruining all the clothes.
I've been using Fairy Non-Bio.
