Hi everyone, I’m Laura. 4+3 with baby two. My 1st was born at 28+4 and had cerebral palsy so can’t walk. So I’m very nervous anyone got any tips for relaxing?

Thank you for sharing! On Spotify, there are "self-hypnosis for pregnancy" audios, of different lengths. It may feel silly or challenging initially to sit/lay down and listen, relax, take deep breaths... But it really helps. I would advise you to try a few of them and see which voice you like most listening to. And put it on repeat :) I find it very soothing xxx
May it went smoothly for you, All the best!

Sending you so much love, Laura 🤍 It’s completely normal to feel nervous after what you’ve been through — your feelings are so valid. Every pregnancy is different though — try to breathe and be kind to yourself. Wishing you a calm, healthy rest of your pregnancy! xx
Ive been on sertraline for years. I have fairly severe GAD but it’s been controlled well with therapy and sertraline. I was on max dose but since being pregnant I’ve got down to 50mg.
This is where my problems starts 🤣 because I’ve reduce my dose the GAD is sneaking in slightly and I’m terrified about newborn withdrawals. It doesn’t help that this is my first baby too!
Has anyone been on sertraline while pregnant? Did it affect your baby at all?
TIA x

I have my glucose tolerance test on Tuesday and I’m dreading it due to the horror stories I’ve seen. Does anyone have any neutral/positive experiences? Or can explain what happens?

Today was our last day as a family of three as I go for my c section in the morning and omg I'm a mess 😭😭
What a mix of emotions.
Didn't think I'd find it as hard as I have. So bitter sweet.

My first baby is 9 months old, and I've been thinking about having a second. I know I want to stop taking birth control when he's about 18 months, I want them to be no more than 3 years apart. It took about 3 and a half years to conceive our son after I stopped birth control and we weren't trying but we didn't use anything to stop it. I'm curious how long it'll take to get pregnant again, but also worry if it doesn't happen like I hope it will. I know I want to give my body time to be ready and we need a bigger and better house, but I'm 32 and I know fertility lowers as you get older. I have so many worries and things I'm excited about it just makes me giddy all the time lol. Are any of you thinking about having a second and when you'd want to have them?

I'm 10 weeks and utterly miserable. I am so exhausted that I can't do anything I'd normally do - running, gym, hiking, gardening, seeing friends. Even had to take time off work. I'm basically stuck in the house most days. Nothing is enjoyable any more because it's such a massive effort so I just end up lying down and staring at the tv. It's so lonely and incredibly boring.
Please someone tell me it's likely to get better soon
