Breastfeeding mums, question?

My little one is almost 6 months old, which is when I decided I’d stop breastfeeding due to work commitments etc.
I want to start introducing formula. What’s the best way (he’s had formula before but just now and again when out with my parents). I was thinking of giving a 60ml bottle just once a day to start. Thoughts?

Thank you in advance 🙂

Sorry don't have any advice but I'm also starting to think about this! My wee boy has just turned 5 months and I'm so confused about how to wean him off.

Partner won’t let me stop breastfeeding!! RANT

I love, love my baby! But I’m tired of breastfeeding. LO is currently 14 months+ with so many teeth coming in, and I’m ready to stop BF. I actually wanted to stop at 12 months, but my partner begged me to give her a bit more time. Now, at 14 months, he’s guilt-tripping me into continuing!

Last night, I tried not to do the usual night BF. LO was fussing, and I tried consoling her until she eventually fell asleep. But before that, my partner went on a rant, saying I didn’t discuss it with him first before deciding to stop, that I can’t just stop abruptly, and that I should let the baby stop when she’s ready.

It turned into an argument because I was trying to explain to him that she probably won’t stop if I don’t guide her to, and I’ll have to stop one day anyway, no??

He made me feel like such a bad mum, saying I don’t care about the child.

Not sure I'm in love anymore

I am 13 weeks postpartum and I keep questioning whether I still love my husband or not. After I gave birth he was supportive but when we got home I started suffering with depression and he was so unsupportive! We've argued a lot, not as much now but I fear the damage is done, did anyone else experience anything simular and fall back in love?

Car seat ??

Hi everyone,
I am going to be a first time mum for a baby boy in December,
We have recently brought a second hand pram in perfect condition; it’s a Babylo panarama XT, we have the car seat adaptors but unsure which car seats are compatible with it, I was wondering if anyone also has this pram?

Secondly,
How useful is it to have the car seat hook onto the pram itself or is it something which people don’t use.
Do I need a car seat compatible with my pram?

Sorry for the long question.
Thankyou 😘

Where would you put a toddler bed in this room?

This is what he has in his room so far. I’m having a hard time putting a bed in here in my mind but I’m willing to move things around.

Night time

I feel like i keep seeing posts about babies sleeping for 4/5 hours at night in a routine of waking up at 3am and then 7am etc and its making me paranoid 😆

My little one is 4.5 weeks and has zero routine at night, every night is totally different! He still hates the next to me crib, wants to sleep on mine or my husbands chest, ive tried to co sleep but he still doesn't love being laid flat on his back. Some nights it honestly feels like hes awake wanting to feed all night! (Im EBF)

Weve had a few good nights but overall its still minimal sleep 😴

My question is.. am I the only one?! And if so, when did it all start to change and get a little more routiney?

During the day we do contact naps (which honestly, I love!) But should I be trying to enforce more solo sleeping??

Thanks x
