I did I was so upset because the person told me my diet and lack of control caused this. But in hindsight it’s nothing I’ve done or could have done it’s just the placenta working that way and that’s okay. Just breathe and take a moment - it will all be okay. It’s not your fault or anyone’s, it’s just another hurdle that you’re going to get through. I was diet controlled and okay, you might be the same. Make sure you talk and share your worries! You are definitely not alone in how you’re feeling. Xx
