Has anyone else had an unexplained panic attack when you did nothing to trigger it and haven't had one in quite a few years? I read that being pregnant can be a cause because of hormone fluctuations.

Yes! With both of my pregnancies when implantation would have been occurring I had exactly this… it was only one time with each, so I guess that makes sense with the rise of hormones I’m also not someone who deals with panic attacks otherwise. Actually I think it happened on the implantation of my first as well now that I think about it that ended in early miscarriage.

I totally forgot about having a panic attack before finding out I was pregnant with my first until now!! but with both pregnancy I was so hormonal that why I ended up taking tests and finding out so early with the both of them
Our 3rd and final baby arrived on Wednesday by planned c section! 🥰 We had a suprise gender this time as we already had a son and daughter and we welcomed another baby girl to the world 💖 feeling incredibly lucky!
Love seeing everyone’s announcements!

Does anyone else feel like their baby is gunna drop out when they crouch down
I’m due end of December and I feel like my baby is sooo big already, this is my 3rd child and my eldest is only 3.5 so quite small age gaps, I have a midwife appointment on Tuesday so will definitely bring it up

Feeling so bleh, it’s like this pregnancy will never end and I’m just so anxious and excited to meet my daughter. Having some intermittent contractions at night but baby girl is too cozy in there and doesn’t seem like she wants to come out anytime soon.
Being patient but the anticipation for my first labor and delivery experience is driving me crazy :( anyone else feeling the same?

This is my 4th time being pregnant, I was first pregnant at 17 and then 18 but lost them. I had my son at 19 and I currently just started the second trimester which is making everything so much more real. I know that having my baby is still months and months away but I’m scared. When I had my son I almost died from blood loss because of hemorrhaging, and my l&d nurse told me that the next time I would give birth it could be a lot worse. I just am worried.
