My 1.5 month baby girl has spit up (milk as it is) after 30-45 minute post the feed time. We keep her upright and burp her for atleast 20-30 minutes after 2/3/4 oz feed. Regardless sof volume, she tends to have milk come up and sounds congested when we put her in the crib after burp.
Night have been hard as she is sometimes restless and the cycle of feed burp repeat is 1.5 hour long on repeat!
Her weight is on track and she seems happy rest of the time.
When brought up to pediatrician at 1 month, they said it’s normal as long as she isn’t fussy or uneasy throughout the night.
My MIL says this seems unusual and I think so too! Please advise if I should get a second opinion? I’m afraid she has some concerns we are able to understand yet.

My daughter had reflux and I had to advocate for her a bit bc I felt like the pediatrician was a bit dismissive too… she got put on famitodine (prescription Pepcid) at 4 weeks old and it made a hugeee difference. We used it once a day until she was 2 months, then twice a day until she was 4 months then just as needed and she stopped needing it when she was 6 months. Maybe message your doctor about it again? Her feeds lasted tops 30 mins when she was that little. We’d burp her only until we got a good burp- both halfway through the feed and after feeds but never for more than a few mins.
Also, we always feed her upright and then keep her upright for 20 mins post feed. Now we don’t even really have to burp anymore and she can feed in any position.. she leans forward and burps herself lol. She’s almost 10 months. I would say it got drastically better around the 6 month mark.

Might just be reflux which we have Carobel thickener to support with this and I had to fight for it but I would also check her symptoms against CMPA my baby had really bad reflux and it turns out she had an allergy to cows milk protein so if you are having dairy in your diet it might affect her?
When did you stop night feeds, and how did you do it? My little girl is 2 and still wakes up at least 2–3 times a night for milk. It’s honestly so draining 😩 Has anyone been through the same? I’d love to hear what worked for you and how you settled them without a feed 🤍

Had a glass of wine at 7:30 instinctively fed at 10:30 without checking milk or pumping and dumping. Am I terrible or is my baby going to be fine? Also drank a lot of water in between the times and feel literally fine

Did you little ones have cmpa and if so how did you know? From googling im unsure if hes got that or just really bad silent reflux. Hes so uncomfortable drinking his formula and throws himself backwards. Hes needs to burp literally within seconds and i can hear his belly gulp straight away

Can I leave it on overnight to help her?

Hi! 👋🏼 I’m considering the Venicci Tila due to it being fairly lightweight and compact. Has anyone bought this or considering it? Would love to hear people’s views!
Thanks ☺️ x

The 4-month sleep regression is SO real! 😭😩
My baby sleeps pretty well for the first 3–4 hours, but after that, he’s up EVERY SINGLE HOUR! 🫠 We’re exhausted and running on caffeine at this point.
Has anyone else gone through this? How did you survive it? Did anything actually help your baby sleep longer stretches?
Please share your tips, tricks, or even just tell me it gets better!
