Hey mummies! I need to lose this tummy. I was a lovely 65kg before I was pregnant and worked hard to get there. Before giving birth I was 84kg 😯 After everything settled when my wee one was born I weighed in at 72kg but after Christmas I weighed 76.5kg. Ate so much junk. Managed to shift 2kgs since new year.
I breast feed and I am not sure how much I can cut back on. Most just stopped the junk and increased fruit and veg.

Exercise is your best bet and just eat clean and be patient! If you are consistent it pays off. Keep as active as possible, just walk all the time and your body will return over time
