Why is making friends impossible

I’m going insane. I don’t have a car so I can’t meet up and I live in the middle of nowhere. My depression is getting so bad and my husband is oblivious. He doesn’t get why I’m so upset all the time. I have no friends, none in person and none online. I’m so tired of being so upset but I’m so sick of always being in the house with nothing to do every day...
