Has everyone written their birth plans?!

May I ask why you’ve chosen not to have the vitamin K , just curious x

I didn’t write a birth plan with my first but I’m trying to with this one. Thank you for sharing yours! It’s giving me more ideas

I wrote a birth plan with my first but the nurses didn’t even care to follow with my second I was like eh whatever lol.

I had a birth plan but things didn’t happen the way I wanted to and wish I would have been more open-minded so next time if there ever is I wouldn’t write one again or have expectations lol

I have a lose one written up(only 26 weeks) I'll refine it and type it up in the next few weeks

I didn’t write a birthing plan as I got told by my midwife nothing ever goes to plan and it would just be a disappointment for me if that was the case but I hope yours goes to plan :) x

I just did my birth plan also! I’m 38 weeks and my chiropractor was the one who actually suggested it. So thankful he did 🙏🏻

Birthing plans are great but women who have very strict plans tend to have more difficult and sometimes traumatic deliveries

Do they numb you for the episiotomy?
