Legendairy milk
Has anyone tried their sunflower lecithin? I have a small clogged duct that’s not painful yet but I’m worried it will decrease my milk supply.

Massage breasts and use warm wash clothes to help clogged duct. Pump or feed till empty and duct is unclogged
I take these daily. Two in the morning and two at night. I got mastitis and am very prone to clogged ducts. It increased my supply bc my ducts were clogged so bad.
