I've just had my baby yesterday with a forceps. Had bit of bleeding after it. Any advice or precautions? Is it good to have a shower asap? Also if I cant give a bath to my baby in the hospital then what can I do to keep his body clean?
Did you need to be cut or get a tear? Warm water & ice where the stitching has been to help with any swelling {also ibrupofen for the swelling helps too}. Showering if fine too.
