Hi!
We’re not TTC yet (likely starting in 2021) but I want to start doing what I can now to help. This includes cutting back on alcohol and trying to get fitter and stronger.
Pre lockdown I was with a PT once a week doing weights/strength which was great for mental health too! I miss this and may try to start it up again.
Through lockdown I walked a lot and built myself up to run a regular 5k in 30 mins. With gyms reopening I have started with cycle classes a few times a week (I enjoy them, but I’m sure there are other more upper body things I can do?)
I’m wondering if anyone could suggest any gym classes / exercises that I can start working on now that might help me to carry and deliver in future?
Thanks! ☺️

I would say continue with strength training and keeping fit and strong to help you with the endurance of birth and carrying the extra weight. Look up Bumps and Burpees on insta for pregnancy workouts x

Pilates is really good - to prepare for and carry on during pregnancy 💗
