I don't know if everyone just knows this and I'm reinventing the wheel, but instead of buying a special pumping bra, you can just cut 1-inch slits in an old bra, roughly where your nipples would be, then stick the pump flanges through the holes. It's actually more comfortable than a pumping bra.

Thank you for the idea!

I did the EXACT same thing w/ my first!

I tried with a sports bra and it just wasn't nearly as good for me. It didn't hold super tight and they would always move and I'd have to reposition them.

Omg how have I not thought of this myself lol

Good to know!

I did this as well! Lol!

Happy to see this idea x

I was just thinking of this the other day 🤣😃 looks good

Great idea! I thought of it at one point and then digressed to buying one of those Velcro strap things. Terrible. I think I’ll give it a go now! 🤪

The pumping bra I think worked better for me. So if you dont get as much milk go back to the pumping bra! Btw I have 2 of them if anyone needs one!?

Oh damn I’m doing this
THANK YOU

Thank you

With my first I did this with an old sports bra and it was amazing. I couldn't do it with my other 2 because I have a bigger chest and struggled to find a good sports bra so I did have to spend money on pumping bras

I did this after purchasing a pumping bra. It was way more comfortable.

This is so smart!

I wish I know it earlier
