🚨 Fashion Police🚨

I’m really not into the 90s grunge trend coming back. I just don’t know why it’s back- opioid crisis? Polarized politics? I think I dislike it mostly because it looks EXACTLY the same. There’s no 21st century swag to it

I am all about personal style. The only effect fashion trends have on me is that when aspects of my style are "in" I can find things I like more easily. I like the babygirl goth look for myself (& casual goth when I'm pressed for time). On other people, I'm drawn to the ones wearing things that make me think I'll have things in common with them - from similar fashion sense to political t-shirts to accessories that indicate that our lifestyles are similar. I'd never want someone to change their style in order to appeal to me aesthetically more. The whole concept of fashion police is ridiculous. Like although I'm not particularly a fan of sagging, it drives me nuts when people say it should be banned. Just let people wear what they like. If everyone followed the trends then fashion wouldn't be art. It would be a boring uniform with no benefit beyond keeping you warm. I like that fashion can express personality.

Pleated or Tapered Leg Pants and Skinny Jeans... I am a size 22, I have curves there is no need to taper the leg or add pleats and definitely no need to make them skinny. It's hard enough to find jeans that fit on my 5 foot 2 inch frame at my size. Why make it worse for me!

Bodysuits.... why is wearing a one piece bathing suit as a shirt a thing now? How is this comfortable??

Omg, Bodysuits are the best, i always tuck my shirts in my jeans, and bodysuits don't get untucked if you lift your arms, they're actually very comfy!!

I love them too! I’m big on long hair and breakage is the issue I face so I looooove scrunchies. I remember asking my bf for them when I was in the hospital before having Landon n was so annoyed when he came back with cheap ass rubber ponytails lol

I wear them too but with short dresses. I see women wearing them as pants and it's like spray paint. 😳 What happened to leaving something to the imagination?

Over the crop top crap.... it’s cool to have access to it in the summer if you want it but not where you have to SEARCH through crop tops to find regular ones. And what in the world is the point of crop top sweaters 🙄 And we daaaamn sure don’t need crop tops taking over the baby, toddler, and infants sections! So glad I have a little boy in this world we live in.

I’m kind of over ripped/overly distressed jeans. Don’t like most of 90s sneakers that have come back in style. Not a fan of most “mom jeans” don’t like green hair (sorry) and as for beauty trends don’t get me started on fake lashes that go up to they eyebrows and look like bugs on ppls eyes 🙈😂😂

Rompers are literally the worst. They're always in the cutest fabrics... but so uncomfortable, and going to the bathroom is out of the question unless you're ready to strip down to your undies.
