What helped you the most after birth?

My lifesaver? Padsicles. Holy crap these things were the bomb. My sister made me hundreds of them and they were waiting in my freezer when I got home from the hospital. I believe she used organic witch hazel, lavender essential oil, and aloe vera gel. She bought heavy duty, fragrance free pads and soaked them with the mixture. You then fold them back up in it's packaging and freeze. I will for sure be begging for these again the second time around. 😅
