Metallic odour smell from vagina
Has anyone had a metallic smell down there before? I recently found out i was anaemic & given tablets which I’ve now stopped taking as I feel so much better. I’ve stopped taking these for at least 3 weeks now but notice I’ve had this smell for quite some time.

It'll be the iron supplements you're taking since you're anaemic and iron is a metal. It could also be blood which obviously has iron in it
Please go and get your iron levels checked out via bloodwork. I made the mistake of stopping taking iron meds due to feeling better due to the levels rising, it was a big mistake and ended up servely anemic (prior to being pregnant). I am back on them now as low levels with being pregnant. In regards to the smell mention it to your doctor/midwife they will do swabs to make sure that there is no infection ect.
