Ladies,
I need to buy some more CoQ10/ubiquinol. Where is the best place to order some from?

I haven’t ordered any myself before but have been researching and one highly recommended is from the Maybe Baby blog by Luisa Zissman! I listen to her podcast and lots of ladies write in saying when they take the supplements she recommends, they fall pregnant within months 🤞🏼 x

Theralogix! They’re name for it is NEOq10! Instead of taking the normal coq10 3x a day you only have to take it once! You can take 2 pills at the same time as well
My fertility dr recommended this brand to me when I was going through IVF. Idk if it was the NEOq10 but I got pregnant on my first embryo transfer!

Did you try Holland Barrett they have it quite concentrated.

My OB told me to get it for my husband, not me!! Now I’m confused!!

I just bought the costco brand one!

Hi Kim, I recommend trying Pharma Nord's bio-quinone q10 capsules - you can buy them from amazon. They come highly recommended by Rebecca Fett due to quality and absorption, author of "it starts with the egg". You can take 400-600mg/day, ideally split across two meals. Let us know how you get on!

Has anyone had any issues with CoQ10 freezing in the mail, and it smelling bad after thawing? I was buying on Amazon but the last two bottles smelled rancid, I don’t know if it was just the brand, or Amazon, or an issue with it freezing! Now I’m nervous to buy online! It’s too expensive to go to waste 😅

iHerb.com because they sell many items tested and recommended by ConsumerLabs.com (a third party testing organization - They test for product purity and toxic contaminants like Lead, mercury, PCBs).
This is important because a published research study out of Canada showed many supplements are contaminated with toxic heavy metals including prenatal vitamins.
Plus I noticed iHerb.com gives me the lowest price for my prenatal vitamins about $0.84 per tablet vs $1 per tablet, they're the only prenatals containing iron that don't rip up my stomach.
You don't need to pay the high price for High Absorption Co-Q 10 capsules- These just cost more and it's not necessary. Instead just take regular co-Q 10 or ubiquinol with any food that contains fat to increase absorption naturally, like nuts/nut butter, avocado, etc (info source: ConsumerLabs.com).
I don't recommend buying anything off Amazon.com unless it doesn't matter if it's counterfeit, with supplements or medications that can be dangerous. I'm a pharmacist.
