There is no difference, I was convinced I was coming on my period all usual symptoms and cramps were period cramps but on the day of my due date tuck a test as usual as it was positive. It's just a case of waiting Hun which I know of hard but you'll drive yourself insane over each twinge. I had no implementation bleeding and checking when I was wiping was obsessive I wouldn't stress over the symptoms just test if no show of AF xx
