8dpo no symptoms am I out?

I’m 8dpo today with no symptoms at all. During the TWW of my last two pregnancies ,that both ended in MCs, I had obvious symptoms before getting my BFP. I thought this cycle was the one but the only symptom I have is swollen boobs. Nothing else. Should I count myself out?
