Has anyone used or changed to Aptamil comfort because of constipation? Has it helped?

Wonder if anyone can help? I just recieved £102.85 child benefit for first time - how many weeks is this for? My baby will be 4 weeks on Friday. I applied 28th March, I know rates changed for April. TIA

Hey guys how are we doing tummy time with reflux babies, who spit up after feeds, have to be held for an hour almost. Im finding it really difficult to incorporate the tummy time.

Normally I wash my daughter's hair once a week. We're going on vacation in a couple days to the beach and we'll also be at the pool a lot. With her hair getting wet everyday at the pool and possibly ocean, should I be washing it each night with shampoo?
