Hi so my 4 month olds bedtime is around 7pm and previously he was waking up at 6.30am. The last couple of days he's been waking up at 5am, wide awake. Is this a phase or should I push bedtime to 8pm because 5am starts are driving me mad!

For reference we have been visiting family this weekend and she has been up numerous times in the night! We have tried to keep nap times/bedtime routine the same etc etc but she’s slept awful 😵‍💫
