When your little one wakes this early, do you go back to 2 naps or stick to one nap but do it at like 10am?

my baby has started to wake up at 5:30! she would normally wake between 6:30/7, i thought it was because her room was lighter but i changed that with some blackout blinds and it’s still the same🥲 she has her last bottle at 7pm and can go until 7am without another she’s not hungry. My son for the past three days has been waking up before 6am. Is this happening to anyone else? His naps during the day are less than 3 hours total and he goes to sleep around 7:30/8 so not sure what’s happening

Any recommendations on dummies that breastfeeding babies like ? My baby is four weeks this coming Monday and spits out every dummy we give him but will suck on my nipples for comfort causing him to throw up from over feeding . Any advice on how to get him to take a dummy would be appreciated aswell
